How often do I need to practice mindfulness to notice a difference in my life?

Once. If you are looking for a lasting change then you will notice the benefits are always synced to the practice, so every time you practice mindfulness you will reap the reward within a short period of time, this becomes encouraging as this will be the driving factor to continue to practice in your everyday.

Are you able to be balanced 100% of the time by practicing mindfulness?

No. as human beings we are meant to to expericance challanges and different feelings and this is for our own growth and evolution but what mindfulness does offer is a heightened awareness around this so the impact of everyday life doesn’t take more energy than it needs to, which gives you more time and energy back into our day.

What are the main benefits I can expect with practicing mindfulness?

Its different for everyone as our lives are balanced in very unique ways, clarity, heightened awareness, decrease of anxiety and stress are some of the main benefits, but the benefits are endless. Optimal health is the main benefit I would say comes from mindfulness because it heightens your awareness of choice and offers clarity so making decisions that are good for your whole well-being becomes clearer which makes choices easier.
