For the past eight years, I have dedicated myself to learning and mastering how to embrace my intuitive abilities through mindfulness-based practices.

As a mindfulness teacher, my journey has been shaped by training with several esteemed teachers and a deep commitment to guiding others toward clarity, balance, and self-discovery.

I offer private Mindful coaching sessions with grace and professionalism. Everyone is unique in their own way; we have our own profile, therefore, the mindful practices will affect each person differently. There are hundreds of practices that I have access to and the skillset to teach, so I will be able to review many with you to ensure you are leaving equipped with the practices that work best for you.

I am also available after the session to answer questions and or offer any clarity needed to feel comfortable using the practices given for your everyday use. Mindfulness is not a one-and-done practice; it becomes a lifestyle of being present and aware within the everyday moments. The greater the effort put in, the greater your results will be.

I will host a 15 Minute intake call. This call gives us a chance to dive into what you’re looking to get out of the mindful coaching. This is an empowering choice to be making, so I will gather all the data needed to prepare for our customized session together.

After the intake call is complete, we book a time to meet in person or through Zoom. I currently offer 60-minute appointments Tuesday- Friday.
