My intuitive abilities and strength within claircognizance and clairaudience are being actively used during our time together.
Unlike other mindful teachers and coaches who are just teaching generic mindfulness skills, I am able to customize a plan for you based on my interaction with you. I believe you must practice what you preach.
I receive my mindful training daily while raising three children, all under the age of six, and still managing to live with clarity and ease. I incorporate mindfulness into my day, whether it’s for one minute or one hour.
I live with the intention of being mindful. I am constantly practicing my resilience training and mindful choices. Life is not always easy, but by choosing to live a mindful lifestyle, I am able to move forward in my day in optimal health with little effort now that I have fully immersed myself in this way of living.
Mindful Money Coaching
Mindful Money coaching has additional benefits for those currently working with discouraging views and emotions around money. This coaching offers a more detailed approach. I offer a cash flow analysis, as well as review the assets and liability statement. I use this information to offer a baseline in relation to the experience being had and how we then overcome through mindful practices.
The mindful tools I use are: Energetics, Breath work, accessible yoga, Tai Chi, HeartMath, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, meditation, toning, and body movement.
